We are looking for friendly and dependable people with a device that can access social media and website chat functions to become Squarespace live chat assistants. This position is remote, meaning that it can be done online from anywhere.
You will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, providing promo codes, and helping customers complete orders on the Squarespace platform.
What You Will Be Doing:
You will be paid for responding to live chat messages on a company’s website as a Squarespace live chat assistant. This entails answering client questions, giving them promo coupons, and offering sales links. You’ll assist people to find the information they need and in effectively completing their orders. While social media will be used for some of the communication, the majority of the work will be done on the Squarespace platform.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: you will be paid $32 per hour.
Skills/background needed: You should have a reliable internet connection, be able to follow instructions, and work independently.
Hours per week: The hours are flexible, from 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: You can work online from your country.
